Pinterest is AWESOME again - yay!

To be honest, Pinterest has always been awesome for me, BUT it's getting better and better.

It's actually getting FUN again - isn't THAT refreshing?!?!

I have a HUGE list of of ALL the little things I do on Pinterest that are making BIG differences in my results.

I was seriously thinking about creating a new Pinterest training guide - but I really don't want to make yet another pdf and sell it.

What I DO want to do is this...

I just want to GIVE you all my Pinterest tips and tricks that have been working VERY well for me.

Yep, just GIVE them to you.

No catch.

I'm just giving these tips away - to YOU =)

Every day, starting right NOW, I will be emailing you a little tip sharing how I'm making Pinterest work better for me.

Why?

Because I want YOU to do better on Pinterest too!

Sound good?

(weird to get an email that's not a 'pitch', isn't it? haha!)

Alrighty - let's jump right in with Tip #1

Pinterest Tip #1

Right now, as I write this - any pins made from right about before Christmas might FEEL as if they're not working for you.

The Pinterest algo has gotten a little sluggish at this moment - but that's A-OK.

We're going to take advantage of it  =)

What I want you to do is this:

Make sure you have LOTS of different pins leading to each individual post on your blog.

Pinterest is doing this weird thing that really isn't a great experience for their users...

But it's REALLY good for us bloggers.

Here's what's happening...

A Pinterest user opens their Home Feed.

They click a pin - maybe even click THRU that pin to the blog.

Then, they come back to the Home Feed.

Know what they see next?

Tons of OTHER pin images from that SAME blog post.

AND...other pins FROM that SAME blog that are related.

Moral of this story -

ONE pin is NEVER enough.

Heck, TEN pins to ONE post is NEVER enough.

Keep working what is working FOR you.

If you have a pin that is working well, or even KINDA working.... make a variation and get it out there.

If it's a long pin, make it square.

If it has BLUE words, try PINK words.

Try a different background color, a different size, a different image.... anything - just get more pins out there for that post.

Work what's working.

Pinterest Tip #2

Yeah, I know I said ONE tip a day, but I really want to continue this thought stream...

You know those pins you have that DO send traffic?

MAKE SURE THOSE IMAGES ARE IN YOUR POST.

Make a variation of that pin image and put it in your post.

(yep, a "unique image")

You already know it's "clickable" and brings Pinterest users TO your site, right?

And Pinterest LOVES when OTHER pinners "find" your pins...

(and that is a HUGE hint!)

Give them something to find and pin FROM your post that you KNOW works for YOU.

Pinterest is a Snowball...

and that's what I'll be talking about and sharing with you tomorrow.

PS - If you're getting this email and really have NO clue who I am - that's all good!

My name is Jennifer Ledbetter and I've been working online since 2007.

My blog is PotPieGirl.com - while it REALLY needs a refresh, it's still relevant and helpful.

I am in the top 3% of earners using Ezoic Display Ads.

Pinterest is a HUGE reason for those earnings.

I'm excited to share these Pinterest Tips with you...

BUT, if YOU are not interested, please unsubscribe.

I have no desire to clog ANYONE'S inbox or bother anyone.

I only want to help those that WANT help.

Those that WANT to do better...

and those willing, and INTERESTED, in thinking 'outside the box'.

Otherwise, I'll be back tomorrow  =)
