VISION is excited to promote the annual "Holiday Challenge" provided by Eat Smart, Move More, Weigh Less!

For the 4th year, VISION will provide additional information on local events, resources, tips, tricks, and incentives to participants who register for the Holiday Challenge AND with VISION.
During the FREE seven-week program, participants will receive weekly newsletters and daily tips that contain practical tips, strategies, recipes and other information to help them successfully navigate their way through the holiday season. Participants also receive weekly challenges, healthy holiday recipes, and extra support through social media.
New for Schuylkill County participants: a free virtual scavenger hunt that has you answering questions, snapping photos of healthy eating and exercise, and learning from others!

Holiday Challenge is a Healthy Schuylkill Communities project, partly funded by Lehigh Valley Health Network-Schuylkill.

The mission of Schuylkill On the Move is to bring together those with an interest in promoting health and fitness through walking.  

The program includes PA WalkWorks, Schuylkill Girls Who Walk, and partner events!
