It’s hard for me to believe that 20 years ago this month (October) I flew to Japan for a gig!
That experience brings fond memories of performing in front of 30,000 people in Kumamoto, Japan.
The flight over was long (I don’t sleep well on planes) and I never got on their time zone.
We lost a day flying over and gained it going back to Nashville.
Waking up at 2:00 am their time is 4:00 pm at home.
Everything is funny when you are not getting enough sleep.
Adventure eating in Kumamoto is raw horse and/or live fish.
Asking the crowd to join singing the chorus in English is a challenge in Kumamoto.
Here’s some photos of my time there.
