Hi My Darling  🥰

How are you, pure heart? ❤️

I’ve been thinking a lot this weekend about what I’m going to write to you today and one thing that I strongly feel it’s important to keep coming back to again and again is …

...How you can trigger miracle healing frequency in your body through deep thankfulness.

Yes that’s right, my precious, true gratitude triggers incredible chemical reactions in your body and mind, which can make you feel as though your trillion cells are working in a synchronized dance.

Of course, I appreciate that when you’re struggling with anxiety it can be hard to think of things that you’re grateful for.

But my dear darling, being deeply thankful daily for the simple things in your life can be your miracle anti-anxiety medicine.

You can be thankful every day for

  • The water that you drink
  • The food on your plate
  •   The shower or bath facility in your home
  •   Your pillow, cover and bed
  •   The people in your life who love you or at least try to love you the best they know how
  •   Your hands and feet
  •   Your eyes, ears and nose
  • Your hair
  • The fresh air
  • Your clothing that keeps you warm

We often dream and desire to have certain material things in our life but we rarely think about what it would be like not to have a home, bed, warmth, shower, drinking water, eyes to see, ears to hear, nose to smell and so on.

Our creator has blessed us with so much. If He was to take away any or a few of the above we would quickly forget about

  • The people we compare ourselves on Instagram and Facebook
  • The expensive car we want
  • The wardrobe of celebrities we desire
  • The homes of the rich that we like
  • A successful career that we wish to have
  • And so so.

Introducing daily gratitude - that you feel deep in your heart - is one of the most effective, beautiful and free medicines you can gift yourself whenever you wish.
