If there was a pill that, with no side-effects, could lower our heart rate, relax our muscles, give us more energy, vitality, and vigor, act as a potent anti-inflammatory, increase cancer-fighting abilities, and decrease depression, fatigue, and anxiety . . . we would obviously all start taking it immediately. There is no such pill, but there is a practice: spending time in nature.
