Finally on this topic, a 1980s 'numbers' video

I don’t suggest you watch it all, but this shows how to present numbers. It is 25-minutes of bad fashion and hammy acting.

From 7 mins 42 secs to 8 mins 20 secs, it's especially good - and the 15 secs from 11 mins 5 secs takes one back to the days of smoking in offices.

Hidden within it, there’s some neat advice too, albeit you must fight your way through lots of ham to see it.
