Help with Assessment Affordability
In July, we announced the formation of the Four Lakes Housing Assistance Fund to support property owners who are burdened by their assessment. The fund is managed through Mid Michigan Community Action in collaboration with the Midland Area Community Foundation.

1. The property must be a homestead property with the home owned by the applicant.
2. The property owner must meet specific income eligibility requirements for the fund as outlined here.
