That's why, from today we're giving you access to our 24/7 Virtual Doctor from AXA service.

We were going to include the Virtual Doctor service in the health insurance plan we'll offer you at your next renewal, but we're giving it to you early and hope it gives you some reassurance in these uncertain times.

By activating this service, you'll be able to book unlimited phone or video consultations with a qualified doctor. So, if you have any medical questions or concerns, or just want to talk to a doctor about keeping well, the team of independent doctors are on hand to put your mind at rest.

  • All you need is your AXA customer/membership number – you'll find it on your membership card. It'll be in this format: [INTL]1234567.
  • Simply download the 'Virtual Doctor from AXA' app or visit the website to sign up.

If you have family members covered on your plan, they can use their customer number to register too, as long as they're over 18 years old.

What can I use it for?
Speak to a doctor about all aspects of your health - from understanding your symptoms to advice on an existing condition. So whether it's an allergic reaction, joint pain, advice on vaccinations or support managing stress, the doctors are here to help.

And if you've got younger children (under 18) covered under your plan they can use the service too. Once you've registered just input their details when you book the appointment and be there with them to speak to the doctor. Alternatively you can call on their behalf.

Make the most of this great new service
You don't need to claim for a Virtual Doctor consultation. You can use the service as often as you need to, and it won't impact your in‑patient allowance. However, if you do need further in‑patient treatment or medication, contact us on your AXA helpline number so we can confirm it's covered by your plan.
