Prayer requests from Resonate Global Mission missionaries and ministry leaders
Prayer Points

Prayer Points from ministry leaders around the world:

  • Ray and Angie De Lange, Resonate missionaries in British Columbia, ask you to pray for the Holy Spirit to work mightily among the Middle Eastern people group they work with. Pray that as the Spirit pours out love and forgiveness, broken lives will be healed and restored.

  • Give thanks for a church planter we are working with in Eastern Europe. God has brought 38 regular attendees into the new Christian community he is serving, and five of them are attending prebaptism classes. Ask God to bring more people into his saving grace.

  • Resonate Missionaries Ly Chhay and Navy Chann-Chhay ask you to pray that God would raise up more leaders for the potential expansion of Timothy Leadership Training in Cambodia. Pray for the right people to step up to these positions so more church leaders can be discipled and trained.

  • The vast majority of people in Japan are not Christians, but many enjoy celebrating Christmas. Resonate missionaries Kim and Michael Essenburg ask you to pray that God uses Christmas outreaches to draw people into relationship with him.

  • Please pray for André (not his real name). He accepted Christ when Resonate missionary Pablo Canché shared the gospel with him. Please pray for André as he boldy walks into his new life. Ask God to renew his mind, restore his relationships, and provide for him.

  • Give thanks for Destination CRC, a Resonate church plant in Ontario. Volunteers from the congregation gather each morning and spend an hour making lunches for elementary school students in their community who would otherwise go hungry. Pray that God would be glorified through this thoughtful service.

Your Prayer Matters!

Resonate missionaries Stan and Bessie Kruis recently asked you to pray for Bryan, a student at Asia Theological Seminary in the Philippines where Stan teaches. Bryan had to withdraw from his courses after his home was destroyed by a landslide and flooding river. Bryan and his family were not harmed, but several people lost their lives in a nearby neighborhood.

Thank you for praying for Bryan, his family, and his neighbors as they recover from the grief and trauma of this disaster.

"God has always been amazing the way he touches people around us," said Bryan. "We are doing great as of now ... while there are some struggles, we are slowly rebuilding."
