This summer, I'm staying close to home.
Lucky for me, home is Berlin. Which means that I'll spend my summer traveling in Germany and taking trips in Europe.
Not only do I get to avoid flying (hooray for long distance trains!), but there's also a seemingly never ending supply of beautiful destinations to choose from.
Seriously, my bucket list for Germany alone is several pages long! And how could it not be with such variety in culture, architecture, food, and landscapes.
Europe boasts not just world-famous cities like Paris and Rome, but also charming small towns and breathtaking nature.
Whether you like to relax on the beach, go museum hopping in the city, hike in the mountains, or experience local culture, Europe has it all.
And now that more and more countries are opening their borders to tourists, this is the time to go support local tourism businesses in off-the-beaten path destinations. So we can all build back better!
