If you’re an International Artist coming to Adelaide Fringe 2023, don’t forget your 408 visa applications!

We can provide a Letter of Support, plus other assistance and guidance, to make your Fringe experience turbulence-free.

Due to the Immigration Department closure dates and Adelaide Fringe office closure over Christmas, all Letters of Support requests should be submitted before Monday 12 December 2022.

Virgin Australia’s Adelaide Fringe baggage allowance

Get 64kg of baggage FREE with Virgin. Adelaide Fringe registered artists are eligible to access up to 64kg of checked baggage (4 pieces with no piece being over 32kg) when traveling within Australia on Virgin Australia! Learn how to book and read T&C's below.

Do you want an Artist Pass?

To receive an Artist Pass, you must be assigned to your event in AVR by the Event Presenter. Any Artists not assigned to an event will NOT receive a pass - so double check with your Event Presenter!

The deadline to receive a physical pass is 15 January 2023. Any passes assigned after this date will be strictly digital-only.

Please note that each Artist will only receive one pass, even if you’re in multiple productions/events.
