Faster Equipment Status Changing

We have added a possibility to change the equipment status collectively. This modification can be useful, for example, when equipment is sold or replaced with new equipment. From now on, after choosing selected equipment, you can change their status with one click and select the appropriate one from the dropdown list (e.g., Sold, Scrapped) without having to manually edit each item separately.

Fully mobile Property Surveys

From now on, it is possible to add new, start, and finish performing property survey directly from the Mobile App. If the property survey is created without internet connection, it is stored only in the memory of the mobile device, for synchronization an Internet connection is required. After saving the data, the user will be transferred to the checklist. Thanks to this, the whole process can be carried out without the use of a computer.

Payment Responsibility in the Mobile App

We have added the possibility to set payment responsibility in the mobile app through the pencil icon in ticket details. This option is based on the same permission as in the computer version, similarly, is only available until the cost has been added for approval.

Adding Observers While Adding a New Ticket

Adding observers to a ticket in Singu Tenant App is now possible while adding a new ticket, without the need for additional editing of the ticket after it has been created. This streamlines the tenant's experience with the app and allows them to quickly assign users from the tenant's company as observers.

Signatures in a mobile version of Singu FM

New Filter Added to the Widget of Inspections List

The Inspections widget has been extended to filter by category. This will make setting visibility of inspections of specific systems quickly available.

Added External Service Name in the Inspection List

In the "Responsible" column now we display the external service company name next to the user's. It helps to faster check which company performs a particular inspection and display additional information about that company, such as punctuality, rating, and margin.

Company Name in the E–mail Notification

E-mail notification sent from Singu Guestbook about guest arrival, which is sent to the inviter, has been extended to include information about the company name where the guest works. Thanks to this message, there is no need for additional checking of the visitor’s data.

Possibility of limiting the list of entries and exits

The list of entries and exits on the Security Desk in Singu SSD can be restricted to the selected reception only. Until now, in case there were several gates in the park, the security personnel could see the entries from all the gates on one interface. From now on, it is possible to limit the view of vehicle entries and exits to only the gate that a particular security guard is operating at that moment.

Besides announcing the winners during the evening awards gala, this year’s panels discussions focused on financial investments, crime and other business risks, space digitization as well as sustainability, office, retail, and logistics topics.

One of the interesting insights was that banks are not concerned about pre-COVID-19 loans because of the way how they are structured. Łukasz Białecki, Director, Head of Real Estate Financing at Bank Pekao S.A.believes that the office sector will recover well. On the other hand, Hubert Abt, founder, and CEO of New Workhad pointed out that inflation, including energy costs, will increase office running costs by around EUR 2-3 per sqm.
