The hours for Live Help desk have been extended from 9 AM to 8 PM ET Monday to Friday and Saturday 9 to 12 AM ET.
Avenue Portal Update
A portal update is coming soon that will enable teachers to send custom “welcome” emails to their course participants. Improvements to funder reporting will be included in this update.
New in February, 2024: Participants starting the LearnIT2teach Training now enter the Avenue Instructor Bootcamp course, not Stage 1.
The Bootcamp requires 3-4 hours to complete. After completing this course, LINC teachers can facilitate courses in the Instructor (non-editing) role or continue to the Stage 2 training.
New in February, 2024: Participants completing the Bootcamp course progress to the Transition to LearnIT2teach Stage 2, not Pre-Stage 2.
The one-hour Transition to LearnIT2teach Stage 2 course prepares teachers for Stage 2 and the editing teacher role.
