Dear LKK and JANKA holders,
It is with great regret that I have to make the following announcement to you today:
This morning, the board of directors of the Lykke Corp has decided to initiate bankruptcy proceedings for the holding company Lykke Corp which will in all likelihood also affect its subsidiaries as the prerequisites for a continuation of the business are no longer met.
My business judgement was not good enough to translate the scientific and academically recognised findings and ideas into a successful enterprise. The validity of these findings, based on research spanning more than four decades, remains undisputed.
Other more fortunate teams and entrepreneurs will turn them into successes for profit and non-profit organizations. Of course, I am happy to provide advice based on my scientific and technical expertise.
A joint dream has failed to materialize, a big disappointment for everyone involved.
I thank you for your support and encouragement during all those years and apologise for the losses incurred.
