10/27/2024 Fall Festival 3:30-5:00 pm  IMPORTANT

The highly-anticipated Fall Festival is coming! All Students are welcome to come to school with Halloween costumes!

     Halloween Parade - K1,K2 and K3 classes will have the Halloween Parade in the Cafeteria at 2:30pm. Parents are also welcome to participate, cheer and take pictures for them.

     Room Parents -  Please help your teachers to monitor students during the break time (2:45-3:00 pm) this Sunday, so teachers can have a Fall festival food preview in the cafeteria.

     Need volunteers to donate dishes: The quantity of food donations this time is only 25% of last year's. Parents are encouraged to participate in contributing dishes. Please sign up with your room parent! Contact Fundraising if you have any questions.

     The class with the Most Dish will win “Sweet Frog Frozen Yogurt”.

     Pre-order Meal and Raffle Tickets on ECS Online

     Please bring your own container and utensils for food purchase! We love our earth! Thank you!

 

Academics

Teaching Observation Month is November! 
This is an opportunity to help parents understand students’ learning environment, classroom teaching and class organization. There is no limitation on how many and/or which classes you can observe, parents are encouraged to observe as many classes as you can, however, seats are limited, please register early.  Sign-up form is open now.

 

Contest Judge and Event Volunteer Sign-Up
The sign-up for academic contests has begun. Please contact your room parent to sign up by 10/13/2024. The academic volunteer opportunities include: Recitation Contest (12/15/2024), Chinese New Year Festival (1/26/2025), and Vocabulary Contest (5/4/2025). Please refer to School Service-point Tasks for more details.

 

12/15 ECS Recitation Contest NEW
