Here in Indiana, we are fully into the season, we're just not sure exactly sure which season it is. You see, while shopping for Halloween items a couple of weeks ago at my local Target, I could clearly see Christmas decorations the next aisle over...does that make you twitch a little? It sure makes me twitch. I like my holidays appropriately spaced!

Paleo Holiday Stuffing

In my last newsletter, I promised you a Paleo Stuffing Recipe. I'll admit, when I showed up with this at our Thanksgiving celebration last year, I got more than a few funny looks from my family. I mean, there's no bread in there! How can you call it stuffing??? But after one bite, they were hooked. I think it helped that I brought traditional stuffing too :)
