SME Health+ Scheme is extended till 31 December 2019!
ENJOY FREE HEALTH SCREENING & PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES FOR SMES

The Workforce Advancement Federation (WAF) is a non-profit organisation officially appointed by the Health Promotion Board (HPB) to help eligible companies benefit from a national health initiative SME Health+ Scheme for healthier and more productive employees.

Exclusively through SME Health+ @WAF, eligible companies will be able to enjoy FREE basic health screening OR ONE nutrition /mental well-being workshop and physical activities for all employees (including non-Singaporeans). We also offer FREE cancer awareness talks, TCM workshops & vision screening beyond this national scheme to value-add our companies.

All promotions listed here are valid till end of the scheme which is by 31st December 2019.

FREE COMPANY REGISTRATION
Exclusively at SME Health+ @WAF
Choose any ONE of the following FREE programmes:

Only applicable to newly enrolled companies that have yet to tap on any of these health programmes via SME Health+ Scheme. 

For Nutrition & Mental Wellbeing programmes, companies need to commit a minimum participation of at least 30 employees. 
Basic Health Screening

Nutrition-themed talks & workshops, supermarket tours etc.
Mental Wellbeing

Mental wellness-themed talks & workshops,
stress management group activities etc.
Applicable to new & existing companies enrolled onboard the scheme:
FREE PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES

Eligible companies can choose from a wide variety of free physical activities conducted at their office premises or offsite venues* as follows:

- Group exercises such as aerobics, dancing, kick-boxing, pilates, piloxing, taichi, yoga, zumba & many more!

*Each company must commit to a minimum of 4 sessions with participation of at least 15 employees per session.

*Fees may be applicable for offsite venues.
How to redeem?
STEP 01

Sign up online via our website at smehealthplus.waf.org.sg by clicking on “Register Your Interest”.
STEP 02

We will send you our latest promotions and programmes listing co-funded by HPB for your kind selection.
STEP 03

We will connect you with our HPB-approved service provider to implement the selected programme(s).
STEP 04

Enjoy your desired health programme(s) to be implemented by end Dec'19!
Who is eligible?

Company must be incorporated or registered in Singapore and meet the following:

• Annual sales turnover of not more than S$100m OR employment of not more than 200 employees (NOT at group level but as an individual entity); 

• Must possess a Unique Entity Number (UEN); 

• Have not participated in the Workplace Alliance for Health (WAH) Scheme. 

• Foreign owned companies or Voluntary Welfare Organisations (VWO) that fulfil the above SME criteria will be eligible to enjoy funding under the scheme. 

• There is no limit to the number of packages that SMEs can purchase but all programmes must be completed before the end of the scheme (end Dec 2019).
