Dear All,

Can company restrict medical chit from company appointed doctor only or set limitation on the number of visit to non-appointed doctors?

Of course you can.

It differs from company to company in such policies. Some companies only recognise panel doctors and polyclinics and all other sources of MCs are rejected. Some do recognise non-appointed clinics but will only reimburse medical fees of up to, say, $50 - $100 a year for such non-appointed clinics.

Of course, personally as a staff I would prefer it if there’s more flexibility in visiting clinics rather than only one clinic far away from my home.
