KRBB partner with DeliveryLab and Lalamove to enhance customer’s experience in delivery

An all in one website for both customers and businesses


THAILAND, Bangkok 2019 - KRBB announced its collaboration with DeliveryLab, an innovative e-commerce platform for business owners, and Lalamove, Thailand’s leading on-demand delivery provider. KRBB chose DeliveryLab to be their platform of choice because it streamlines the ordering and logistic process. Delivery can be complicated for both the consumer and the business owners. KRBB wants to enhance the customers’ experience for the food ordering process as well as in providing quality delivery service.

DeliveryLab helps newly created businesses, SMEs or enterprises, that are keen to be optimize their operations. It makes managing more convenient and faster with the use of DeliveryLab’s program. The platform is customizable and user-friendly. When an order is placed, the company will receive a confirmation with the exact details. After receiving the order, the businesses can confirm with the consumer and chat with them via Facebook messenger. This platform also offers a variety of payment methods.

While DeliveryLab is focused on website and connecting businesses with their consumers, DeliveryLab is directly connected to Lalamove’s API. Once an order is placed, Lalamove’s system will find the nearest driver for the location to pick-up the order. Users can monitor order status as well as driver location with a dashboard provided by DeliveryLab’s system. With this integration, it reduces procedures and complication, making the ordering and delivery process faster and more efficient.

Lalamove is Thailand leading on-demand delivery platform. It partnered with DeliveryLab to create an all-in-one website for businesses. Lalamove delivers goods to recipient within 55 minutes on average. To support this policy, Lalamove has over 80,000 registered drivers in Thailand. Additionally, the company plans to scale its business across different industries and offer both motorcycle and large vehicles such as hatchback and truck to cater to B2B user’s needs. Each of Lalamove’s driver is rated based on their performance and delivery jobs are allotted to the best drivers first.
