It's that magical time of year, and we're thrilled to invite you to join in on the fun! Gather with us on December 17th, starting at 1:30 PM, right in the heart of the Wax Wing cul de sac, for a holiday celebration.

• Hot Chocolate & 🍪: Warm up with delightful hot chocolate and savor sweet treats to satisfy your taste buds.

• Special Treat:  From 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM, we have a very special guest making a stop from the North Pole. You won't want to miss this! 

No matter the weather, we'll be there to spread holiday cheer! Rain or ☃️, we've got you covered with cozy tents and even more treats to keep the festive spirit alive.

So mark your calendars, bundle up, and bring your holiday spirit! Let's make this gathering a memorable one for our wonderful neighborhood.

Holiday Happenings: Some Festive Fun in Lake Oswego

In this special section of The Bryant Woodsman, we've compiled a curated list of a few holiday activities happening in Lake Oswego and its neighboring areas.

Christmas Ships Parade. Catch a glimpse of the combined fleet of up to 60 boats decked out in holiday lights as they make their way from the River Place Marina in Portland to George Rogers Park in Lake Oswego on Saturday, December 16 arriving around 6 PM.  Viewing points: Foothills Park, 199 Foothills Drive, Roehr Park, 350 Oswego Pointe Drive, and George Rogers Park, 611 S. Reindeer Magic Family Event at Ennis’ 7 Dees Garden Centers. Get ready to embrace the holiday spirit at Ennis’ 7 Dees Garden Centers in Lake Oswego! Holiday Marketplace. Stop by the Arts Council of Lake Oswego’s Holiday Marketplace for a unique gift for yourself or someone on your list. Marketplace is open through December 23rd. For more information time and location, visit the website at http://www.artscouncillo.org.

Outdoor Ice Skating Rink Pop-Up (Portland) Starting December 16th through January enjoy the covered outdoor ice skating rink and holiday marketplace.  Located n the parking lot underneath the west end of Morrison Bridge, between Harvey Milk and Morrison Streets.  December hours: 10 am to 10 PM.

We have a vibrant neighborhood—and we'd like you to come bring your ideas to life. Even if you are not on the Board, you can still join a committee and be involved with keeping our community fabulous and functioning!
