That seems to be the most common way for companies to practise employer branding.
The problem is: it is not employer branding.
It is still recruitment marketing reaching those active job seekers who are on the lookout for new opportunities at the time of your campaign.
It doesn't make your recruitment marketing bad, and you are not doing anything wrong. I want you to recognize the difference between recruitment marketing and employer branding to get the most out of both types of marketing.
