We sit to calm our mind and body in order to focus on the present moment revealing our profound connection to all beings. All levels, including beginners/families welcome.

• 79th Annual Obon Service in gratitude for and remembrance of loved ones who passed away since Obon 2023. Please turn in your request for names to be included before the start of our service. Forms will be available before the service starts
• August Memorial Service to express gratitude to ancestors who passed away in the month of August

Following coffee and our August birthday cake we will discuss a short reading from Down With The System, A Memoir (Of Sorts) - Handouts of text provided.
