Greetings, everyone.
For the past several months, the TI Land Project Committee has been diligently searching for a place (or places) where TI's who may have been displaced by the targeting can find refuge. Well, tonight Josh Spivey and Todd Segal join us to speak about two new TI Housing Communities that are starting in the upper midwest that could provide such a safe haven for TI's.
Minnesota
FREEDOM RANCH
This project is led by Todd Segal who resides at Freedom Ranch (see above link), an RV park in Rock County near the town of Luverne, Minnesota.
Park amenities include:
- 11 hook-ups for RV's
- Cars and vans accessible, also
- Camping (recommended only for spring and summer months)
- Free Wi-fi
- Bath house with shower and laundry facilities (to be completed within a couple weeks)
- $350/ month
- Shopping, dining, banks, post office in the nearby town of Luverne, MN. Nearest Wal-Mart is about a 20 minute drive
Michigan
Josh Spivey has some land in rural Michigan that he would like to purchase with the help of four people willing to pay $1000 each.
This would be an off-grid community with self-sufficient power and water sources.
Tonight should be interesting as we explore the development of these two new housing projects.
