How long will your company tolerates high absenteeism employee’s behaviour? It is not the attitude of an individual over work that matters most. We follow the basic process:
· Counselling and reiterates that individual performance bonus and incentives will be affected;
· Showed evidence of leave pattern and how it impacted team/dept KPIs;
· Agreed fixed period [2-3 months] of monitoring of employee’s performance;
· Record each session with employee and employee to acknowledge;
· issuance of warning letters and termination.
