Autumn has arrived! And so has the new issue of The Sunday Sitdown! I absolutely adore this time of year. Despite the fact that autumn is known for cooling temperatures, darkening nights, and snuggling up with warm mugs in anticipation of winter I find the opposite, for me it’s a time for renewed energy, productivity, and a fresh start.
Our Autumn issue is packed with delightful articles that are sure to put a pep in your step, from ‘My Morning Routine’ (how I start my day in the best possible way), to tips from a productivity expert on how to stay on track at home and work, and as it’s the perfect time of year for comfort food I’ve shared a family favourite, the most delicious, warming ‘Crab Mac ‘n Cheese’ recipe, an absolute winner for the whole family. We are also running a giveaway on our Instagram page this week. If you’d like to be in with a chance to win wonder labels for the whole family enter below!
Enjoy the issue,
My Morning Routine
Having a morning routine that you love and can’t wait to get started on is the best and most optimistic way to start the day. Read what motivates me here.
I’ve just finished the book ‘The Gift’ by Edith Eger. Written by haulicost survivor Edith Eger it’s full of wisdom and compassion and teaches us new techniques to change how we are feeling and reacting to things outside of our control. This is one of those books you will buy as a gift for very special people in your life.
Billy no Buzz
Billy no Buzz from Two Fifty Square coffee roasters. I changed to only drinking decaf coffee about a year ago and I’m loving this blend right now.
Speaking of coffee we recently changed from a Gaggia espresso machine to the Sage barista pro and it’s been a game-changer for our morning coffee, Billy no Buzz loves it too!
Thank you so much for reading Issue 20 of The Sunday Sitdown. Some wise words to mull over this month on productivity…

Look out for issue 21 arriving on the 2nd of October.
