Are you ready for the holidays?
I know I'm not, but I also can't wait! Next week we're shopping for a tree and letting our seven-year-old pick out what he wants like he did the last two years. I just hope whatever he picks will fit our tiny house!
The first time he picked his tree, he was five years old and it inspired me to write the short story, The Accidental Christmas. I'm currently expanding that story because Cameron and Tyler were just such amazing characters and they deserved more.
What are your plans for the holiday season? Any traveling plans? What books are you looking forward to reading? I list some of the books that have caught my eye below.
I hope you have a wonderful holiday season and may the new year bring us more happiness and success in all our endeavors!
All the best,
Liz
P.S. Thanks so much to those who messaged me regarding the fires in the Los Angeles area. Luckily, we're far south of the fires by about 20 freeway miles from the closest one by the Getty Center, but we're ready in case we're told to evacuate. It's been a crazy year, that's for sure!
