Until now you could only do this with a Single Sign-on integration. It is a complicated and heavy approach not suitable for many of us.

We've made it easier for you. This can now be achieved by including the name and email on the link to your feedback board, as query string parameters.

It does require a bit of coding at your end, but just a smidgen!
