TO THE VICTIMS OF HAVANA SYNDROME/ CYBERTORTURE TARGETED INDIVIDUALS: by Liliana DeLucca-Connor
DR SETH FARBER, was an excellent psychologist, aware of the difference between an illness and a victimization of guinea pigs selected for weapons testing and experimentation with Remote Neural Monitoring, Mind Control, Mind Reading, Frey Microwave Hearing Effect (patented in 1961), V2K and other harmful technologies which attack the neurological system of victims of experimentation -- as described in the recently passed Havana Act (Havana is an acronym for 'Help for American Victims of Neurological Attacks') -- is something that is currently affecting 3,000,000 victims throughout the United States, and more than 100 million victims worldwide.
He passed away today in New York City, and he was a very warm and kind professional that many in the Targeted Individual community in the United States have gotten to know, as well as patients that he had over the phone calling from as far away as Australia, Europe, and many countries of the world. His Facebook page had so many followers that sometimes it crashed, because his patients and admirers from all over were sending him messages or asking that he look into new technological developments of new directed energy weapons that were being experimented upon selected guinea pigs for this program.
Among other things, he created an institute called "Network Against Coercive Psychiatry" where he called attention to the fact that unscrupulous psychologists or psychiatrists had misdiagnosed as having a mental illness the subjects of experimentation with microwave weapons -- the same weapons reported by the victims of the Havana Syndrome.. A number of tests were shown scientifically to prove that these were not mental illnesses, for instance a PET Scan of the brain proves that there is no mental illness in victims of experimentation with such microwave weaponry, and several Targeted Individuals were able to prove in courts of law with such scans that they were not mentally ill.
These Scans had previously been approved officially by government medical institutes as definite proof of absence of mental illness, and lately very capable medical professionals like Dr. Michael Hoffer and Dr. Douglas Smith were able to determine that microwave weapons had been used on the victims of the Havana Syndrome.
Other professionals believed that sonic weapons had been used, but the definitive word came from Dr. Hoffer and Dr. Smith that microwave weapons had been utilized against victims of the Havana Syndrome, which the Special Rapporteur on Torture, Nils Melzer, calls "Cybertorture" and he wrote a document describing this act of torture on March 20, 2020 (A/HRC/43/49).
Professor Melzer has written several documents about this subject, and just like the head of the CIA believes, these microwave weapons are generally used to perform modern types of "enhanced surveillance," as Melzer describes in his documents. The microwave directed energy weapons reach their targets' neurological system to perform "Remote Neural Monitoring," which is a form of enhanced surveillance through the physical body and brain of the victim.
As we all know, there are several scientific advances in these non-consensual experiments over guinea pigs, including "mind reading" where Brain-Computer Interfaces are able to closely guess what a target is thinking.

Dr. Seth Farber is a writer, social critic, dissident psychologist (he received his doctorate in 1984),visionary, activist (in the human rights, and anti-war movements -- and a supporter of animal rights) and co-founder of the Network Against Coercive Psychiatry (1988--99). In the last 2 years he has become a supporter of the TI movement against non-consensual experiments.
His last book was published in 2012, The Spiritual Gift of Madness: The Failure of Psychiatry and the Rise of the Mad Pride Movement. (The Foreword is written by internationally renowned writer, feminist and human rights advocate Kate Millett, author of Sexual Politics and The Loony Bin Trip.)
Dr Farber has had five books published, including a book on Jewish critics of Israel, and numerous essays and articles. A critic of the mental health system, he has been a guest on many television and radio shows. His first book Madness, Heresy and the Rumor of Angels: The Revolt Against the Mental Health System (Open Court, Chicago, 1993) contained a foreword by Thomas Szasz.
