Please take care on these videos if you've never done boxing before and also be patient whilst you get to grips with any new moves. These are a great stress reliever, perfect for getting STUCK IN to the first week and leaving negative energy behind you - ENJOY!

These are so easy to put together and are perfect for work lunches or when you need something on the go!

Plus they are more environment-friendly as it saves on plastic packaging :)

The key to jar salads is in the order, think dressing, grain/protein, toppings, leafy greens! This way the salad stays fresh and doesn't go soggy - genius!
