My HeartHorse, Sage!! 

Sage is almost 27 years old, she sure doesn't look or act it.  

I retired her in Aug 2016 when she was diagnosed with Cushings or PPID.  

Sept 2017 was the last time we had a ride together.  

Sage made it known in many ways over the last year or so that she is not ready to be retired.  

The below video is a perfect example of Sage and I having a solid foundation. 

A horse this attuned to your intention, picture, and energy to this degree is challenging to develop if you play/ride 3+ x week, not every 5 years!!

This short video was made Aug 8 2022. Five years since I've been on her back for a ride. This was our 3rd ride since July 28.

If we hadn't spent years building a good foundation on the ground and in the saddle, and building an overflowing trust bank account, this 5 year riding hiatus certainly wouldn't have been possible.
