The Clockhouse Milford Harvest Festival
Over the last few years they have been able to make up a small Harvest Festival gift for some of our regular attendees. They would be very grateful for any donations of non perishable items of food such as tins of soup or fruit, sardines, tinned meat, chocolate bars, biscuits, tea, coffee, perhaps a small Christmas pudding. Alternatively a small financial donation would enable them to buy such items. The Clockhouse is being manned by some of our wonderful volunteers on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 9.30am to 11.30am and 9.30am to 3pm on Wednesdays if you wish to make a donation.

Gothic Month at Chawton House
To celebrate the spookiest holiday of the year, Chawton House is launching 'Gothic Month'. This special programme is running throughout October, with events to frighten and thrill audiences of all ages. Beginning with exclusive dining in the atmospheric Smoking Room, Gothic Month continues with Wilderness walks in the moonlight, and a brand new garden trail for kids, with willow installations from local artist Judith Needham. This runs during half term and any kids wearing a Halloween costume can visit Chawton House for free! Visit www.chawtonhouse.org for more information.

Surrey Sculpture Society
Their first major open-air exhibition this year at ‘The Savill Garden’ at Englefield Green, near Egham, Surrey is still open. The ‘Art in the Garden’ sculpture exhibition will be within the 35 acres of gardens, located within the boundaries of Windsor Great Park and will run until 3rd November. Tickets must be booked in advance online at www.windsorgreatpark.co.uk/art

The Arts Society Farnham Evening 
They will begin their autumn lecture programme online on Wednesday 21st October at the new time of 7.30pm. The lecture is entitled "What have the Huguenots ever done for us?" to be given by Vivienne Lawes. Members will be sent the appropriate link to enable them view. The Dorking Christian Centre
