Here's a life update.
This year in 2022 my goal has been to create at least one piece of highly valuable content every single day in the form of social media posts, blog posts, email newsletters, podcast episodes or live videos.
When I say highly valuable. I mean content that solves the most pressing challenges faced by my audience; faced by you. Not shirtless photos of me with a dumb quote that doesn't benefit you at all.
And I have worked hard day in and day out to be able to keep up with this goal.
Has it been easy? No. Has it been satisfying? 100% yes.
Why do I have to do this you ask.
I do this because it aligns with my mission to impact lives of people who feel stuck in their weight loss journey. People whose confidence has taken a hit because they can no longer fit into their favourite outfit.
I know the kind of mental toll that comes with being out of shape.
And I also know the kind of empowerment you can experience by taking control of your health and fitness.
I am committed to empower as many people as I can through my work.
But just saying this isn't enough.
I have to action it through consistent effort.
The same principle applies to your commitment towards your weight loss goals.
You can talk all you want about wanting to lose weight and wanting to be healthy. But have you put in consistent work in your exercise and nutrition for at least a few months?
How consistent have you been for the past 2 weeks?
That's the question you need to ask yourself.
When I speak of consistency, I mean serious business.
I demand the best from myself and show up every single day for my clients and for my audience.
Do you demand the best from yourself and show up everyday for the person you wish to become?
Or do you have to brainstorm a new excuse every time you are confronted with this question?
