Free Introduction to Compassion Cultivation Training© Class

Curious about how cultivating compassion can benefit you and the world? Come learn more about the evidence-based Compassion Cultivation Training© (CCT) program developed at Stanford University’s Center for Compassion and Altruisum Research and Education (CCARE). Participants will have an opportunity to learn more about compassion training, participate in a sample meditation and exercise from CCT, and ask questions. This class is open to anyone interested in exploring the practice and power of cultivating compassion. Dr. Martin Luther King March and Celebration
Monday, 20 January 2020 at 10 am – 1:30 pm

Meet others from UUCS and the Loudoun Interfaith BRIDGES community at 10am at the Loudoun County Courthouse at 18 East Market Street, Leesburg and march to the Douglass Community Center. Learn and grow with others, listening to music and speakers at the community center during and after the march.
