Please make sure that you are checking out with ONLY graded books or ONLY raw books in each order. If you would like to purchase both raw and graded books, place them into two distinct carts and checkout with the appropriate discount code in two separate orders. If any order has the wrong coupon code applied, there will be a delay in getting your order processed as we reach out for appropriate payment. As a refresher and for any first timers, here are the steps you need to complete an order successfully:

1) Add desired books to cart (adding either JUST graded books or JUST ungraded books into your cart).

2) Proceed to checkout page and enter billing information.

3) Enter shipping details and select USPS Priority shipping, even if you are using a free shipping code later.

4) Enter appropriate coupon and if applicable, the free shipping coupon as well.

5) Place order

At this point you should see your discount and have your shipping zeroed out if you met the minimum threshold. We will also be monitoring any orders that are eligible for free shipping but don't meet the requirements because the orders needed to be broken up into two orders, and we will refund you the shipping cost. If you can, please include a note on your order that you will be placing a second order so we know to combine the two. 

Please note that PayPal's refund policy changed a few years ago so that they do not credit us the original sellers fees when providing refunds. Due to this, if there is a mistake unrelated to Reece's Rare Comics, we will be refunding the total excluding the PayPal fees. If the mistake is on the part of Reece's Rare Comics, 100% of the refund will be given. To ensure that this doesn't happen, please follow the steps provided above. 

Please also note, no time payments are available on this sale and coupons are for list price only. We also ask for your patience as we ship orders out. While we will be working diligently on Friday and over the weekend to process orders, it may take us 2-3 days longer than our normal turnaround time to ship all orders out. I am happy to say that after 8 years of completing sales, we are able to ship 99% of correctly placed orders within one business day. The earlier the order is placed, the more likely we will able to ship it out same day.
