Santa Claus will be making his visits throughout town, offering families many opportunities to meet him, snap festive photos, and celebrate the holidays. Celebrate the season and support your local growers at the Kennett Square Farmers Market’s special Thanksgiving Market on Monday, November 24th from 3:00–5:30 PM at 600 S. Broad Street, Kennett Square, PA 19348—with plenty of free on-site parking! Stock up on everything you need for a delicious holiday, including local cheeses, fresh produce, baked goods, and beautiful green winter wreaths.

When the chill sets in, the celebration continues at Kennett Winterfest—a craft beer festival that brings warmth and cheer to downtown Kennett Square. Enjoy an afternoon of exceptional brews, hearty food, music, and great company on February 28 from 12:30–4:00 PM, all while supporting the community programs that make Kennett Square shine year-round. Each ticket sold helps fund local events, programs, and the beloved Christmas decorations we all enjoy around town!

Join the Four Seasons Garden Club for a festive Holiday Centerpiece Workshop and Marketplace. Enjoy brunch, create your own fresh-green centerpiece, and shop additional holiday arrangements. All proceeds support the Club’s garden work throughout Kennett Square.

10 week program for children ages 7 to 9. Register online (sign up before Dec 19th for an early bird discount)

East Penn Railroad

Santa Train - Toys For Tots

November 29th 10 am

The East Penn Railroad Santa Train returns to southern Chester County. This year’s ride features a newly restored caboose carrying Santa and a special partnership with the U.S. Marines Toys for Tots program, collecting new, unwrapped gifts for children in need. Families can enjoy waving to Santa, snapping photos, and joining the holiday spirit — no admission or toy donation required, just joy and community cheer!
