THE DROITS ET LIBERTES (RIGHTS & FREEDOMS) ELECTROMAGNETIC WEAPONS ZOOM WEBINAR
This past Sunday, March 20, the Belgian activist organization Droits et Libertes (D&L) held a four-hour Zoom webinar about our issues where Havana syndrome victims and technical experts shared their knowledge and experiences concerning covert electromagnetic targeting. The purpose ot the event was to present the issues of covert harassment and torture to this activist group's membership and garner their support for a petition, legislation, and possibly litigation.
The event was attended by about 300 online participants and was primarily in French with some English presenters whose presentations were translated and summarized by an interpreter. It was reportedly very well-received by the group's members, per feedback received from Paolo Criscenzo, D&L vice-president and the attonrey for the International Coalition Against Electronic Torture and the Robotisation of Living Beings (ICATOR, the Belgian-based international TI organization). The conference was actually so well-received, that there were requests for a follow-up conference in the near future.
As the conference was running over time, the last few presentations by Amy Holem and Richard Lighthouse were extremely truncated. So, the link for the information in Richard Lighthouse's presentation is listed below.
Key Evidence for Targeted Individuals by Richard Lighthouse
Paolo was the final presenter on the program where he summarized his legal strategy for this project, which includes a petition to be drawn up in April and presented to the Belgian Parliament with 25,000 signatures in June with a demand for legislation banning electromagnetic weapons. Since the D&L membership is around 80,000, Paolo feels sure he can easily reach that number of signatures.
If the Belgian Parliament refuses to enact EM legislation, his next option will be to pursue criminal charges in the Belgian courts. And if he does not prevail in Belgium, then he will appeal our case to a higher European-wide court.
As many of you have asked, the conference was recorded, and the link for the conference videorecording will be posted on the D&L website and published in our newsletter as soon as it is available.
