FSU professor honored with NY Dance & Performance Award for Lifetime Achievement in Dance

Jawole Willa Jo Zollar has used the power of dance to tell heartfelt, transformational stories throughout her entire career. FSU receives $1.4M grant to study medical applications of synthetic chemistry

FSU scientists have been awarded a $1.43 million grant by the National Institutes of Health to support their work using synthetic chemistry to push the boundaries of biomedical research. The funds will aid researchers as they explore the potential of fully synthetic natural products to tweak critical interactions between protein molecules — a common bimolecular process that, if gone awry, can contribute to the development of diseases like Alzheimer’s and cancer. Inaugural group of FSU Gap Year Fellows begin first official year as Seminoles

Hanna Ohler, a student from Korea, visited 16 different countries over the summer, working in farming and roofing, thanks to the FSU Gap Year Fellows program. She is one of six students in the inaugural cohort of the program now embarking on her first year as a Seminole. Read more ...

Play the Laptop Scavenger Hunt

This October, FSU joins in a campaign for National Cyber Security Awareness Month. The campaign, sponsored by Information Technology Services, encourages students, faculty and staff to take control of their digital lives and not leave their personal information exposed.
