Mhairi McFarlane (and Brent Sinclair) will describe their June 21 to July 8, 2021 trip (Little Caribou, Whitewater Lake, Palisade River, Rockcliff Lake, Misehkow River, Albany River, Miminiska Lake fly-out). (See Trip Report in FOW Forum) Mhairi is a conservation biologist for the Nature Conservancy of Canada since March 2008, and is currently a director of science and stewardship for the Ontario Region.

Joe Tousignant (& daughter Caroline--photo above) will describe their Sept. 11-21, 2021 trip (Burntrock Lake, Palisade River, Slim Lake, Scrag Lake, Grayson River, Arril Lake, Grayson River, Grayson Lake, Whitewater Lake, Ogoki River, Berg River, Smoothrock Lake, Caribou River, Caribou Lake, Little Caribou Lake, road shuttle out. John Holmes, August 2021, "Palisade, Grayson, and Caribou Rivers solo."

A presentation on a 15 day solo canoe trip starting in Kenoji Lake, travelling the Palisade River to Burntrock Lake, then backtracking to the Grayson River into Whitewater Lake. Continuing south to Lonebreast Bay and Smoothrock Lake, before heading down the Caribou River to Caribou and Little Caribou Lakes. ( Read his trip report here.) John is FOW Secretary-Treasurer, past Board Chair, and trip leader/participant on numerous The Wabakimi Project trips.

Rob Klavins, Sept. 6-15, 2021, Fly-in to Shawanabis Lake, Boulder Lake, Kenakskaniss Lake, Kopka River, Hwy 527 take-out. Rob is the NE Oregon Field Coordinator for Oregon Wild. (Read his trip report here.)
