Can you describe the problem you aimed to solve with No Code?
With a tiny staff, WFHB depends on its 250+ volunteers for all aspects of its operations. Airtable provides a way for 'normal' people to develop and maintain apps that fill the gaps around our core applications.
Tell us about the solution.
Our 'Calendar Server' publishes recurring dates calendar to all bases that depend on the data.
Core Airtable features, no scripts, no blocks.
What was the most challenging part of implementation?
Massive amount of formulas.
Return on investment or wins generated thus far?
This is an internal tool deployed at a non-profit, so our wins are the reduction of implementation and maintenance time coupled with a reduction in duplicate data entry.
Advice to other No Code Operators looking to implement a similar solution?
No-code/low-code: Why you should be paying attentionWe’ve all been hearing the hype lately about low-code and no-code platforms. The promise of no-code platforms is that they’ll make software development just as easy as using Word or PowerPoint so that the average business user can move projects forward without the extra cost (in money and time) of an engineering team. Unlike no-code platforms, low-code platforms still require coding skills but promise to accelerate software development by letting developers work with pre-written code components.
