Recently I spoke to the knowledgable and inspiring organizer of a TI meeting in Phoenix, Arizona, Dr. James Roe. And he shared that he had jproduced a YouTube video about a possible solution to the gangstalking program. I viewed the video and then invited him to share this information with the community about how the perps are operating and how we can make use of their methods on our next Saturday Night Podcast. Below is his YouTube presentation about this subject.

INTERESTING LETTER TO HIS OREGON CONSTITUENTS FROM SENATOR JEFF MERKLEY
Sent by TJ in Oregon
Dear Tj,
In so many ways, technology has improved our quality of life, our economy, and even our public safety. But in order to ensure that technology continues to strengthen -- not threaten -- our society, we have to be diligent. That means we need to be intentional and thoughtful when it comes to creating guidelines for the use of powerful new technologies like facial recognition.
Facial recognition is both a powerful and problematic new frontier, and the consequences of irresponsible use the technology are incredibly serious. We see in China the chilling possibilities of widespread facial recognition for surveillance, with the government using the technology to track ethnic Uyghurs and single out protesters in Hong Kong for retribution.
And the technology is not only ripe for abuse, but could also have flaws that exacerbate racial injustices. For example, an alarming landmark federal study released in December of last year found that Asian and African Americans were up to 100 times more likely to be misidentified by facial recognition than white men. That means the widespread use of facial recognition could lead to the over-surveillance and over-policing of communities that are already disproportionately targeted by law enforcement.
Every American -- regardless of the color of their skin or their zip code -- has the same rights, including the right to privacy. That’s why I’m teaming up with Senator Cory Booker to introduce the Ethical Use of Facial Recognition Act, legislation that would halt the government’s use of facial recognition until a commission is able to consider and create recommendations -- delivered to Congress within 18 months -- to ensure that any future federal use of the technology is limited to responsible uses that promote public safety and protect Americans’ privacy as much as possible.
As we continue to face the ethical challenges of the 21st century, please know that I am fully committed to protecting your right to privacy and standing up against bias and inequality in our criminal justice system. I will be urging my colleagues on both sides of the aisle to join me in that fight, and I hope you will be a part of it, too.
All my best, Jeff
