Dearest Brothers and Sisters,
The month of November has a very special place in the hearts of each and every Sai devotee, a month in which we have been given many opportunities to pay our gratitude to our dearest Lord Sai. A month when we have Akhand Bhajans giving us an opportunity to sing the Lord’s name for 24 hours. Bhagawan commenced Akhand Bhajans in 1945, by not only blessing them, but also attending for many hours during that very first 24-hour occasion! We will also have Ladies’ Day celebrations and, not forgetting, celebrations of Bhagawan’s 96th year of His advent.
As you know, our National Birthday Celebrations have the theme, ‘Celebrating Life with Sai’. This will take place on Saturday 20 November from 4pm to 7pm. Having been chosen by the Lord Himself to know of Him, see Him and listen to His Divine words, our life is truly a celebration and we should all strive to make our beloved Sai proud of us, His children of the United Kingdom, by constantly making an effort to follow His teachings.

Just over a week to go until our online event to mark the 96th birthday of our dearest Bhagawan! We are very fortunate to have three of the Prasanthi Mandir Bhajan Group join us as guest speakers for the occasion: brothers Ravi Kumar, Amey Deshpande and Siddhartha Raju. In addition, there will be items by Bal Vikas (SSE) children as well as Young Adults.
The window for submitting messages of gratitude to be included in our book offering to Bhagawan has now closed; however, you still have until Monday 15 November to send us your photos as part of our “Baba’s Birthday Bake Off”! Email your photos to submissions@srisathyasai.org.uk and they will feature in the National programme. So: ready, get set, bake!
