The growing season is in full swing, and there is a lot to look forward to this year. We've just built our 15th community garden, and now provide 250+ garden beds for people to grow their own food. In less than 2 weeks, 25 youth will start working at the Urban Farm through the Grow Binghamton youth employment program. This marks the 10th season of Grow Binghamton, and we can't wait to welcome our newest group of amazing teenagers.

The food grown by our youth will go out to the community through VINES' Farm Share program, which delivers 200+ weekly shares of produce from VINES and two other local farms to ten neighborhood locations across Broome County. We do this by bringing together diverse groups of people, with a focus on youth development, to establish community gardens, urban agriculture and community green spaces.
