Hear how the Adelaide Fringe Artist Fund has directly helped South Australian venues and artists.

The Adelaide Fringe Artist Fund exists to support bold ideas, elevate diverse voices and encourage innovation from artists, South Australian producers and South Australian venue operators to present work at Fringe.

Following an election commitment from the Malinauskas Government, the annual grant purse available to artists has increased! Moving forward, the grants dispersed will come from the State Government funding as well as donations.

Adelaide Fringe has set a goal of issuing a minimum of 100 grants from the Artist Fund for 2023. Thanks to the Government of South Australia funding, emerging South Australian artists and world premiere works will be prioritised.

New for 2023 is the Regional Touring Grant stream, which will provide funding for artists to take their show on the road and deliver it to regional and remote communities around SA.
