Dear

Hello! How's it going?

Are you gearing up for a big end-of-the-fiscal-year push? Maybe you're starting to wrap things up before the "slower" summer season? Perhaps, like me, you're feeling a little in limbo right now - so much happening but, also, so much more that might be happening soon.

It's a whole lotta hurry up and wait.

Much like the overnight frosts we're still getting in my neck of the woods, the message in the air seems to be that we’re not quite ready to move forward. Maybe we ought to just hang back a while. Get our ducks in a row. Batten down the hatches. Cover up those flowering plants.

While I know that there are no actual crystal balls 🔮,  I do like to consult the cosmos or look to ancient philosophies from time to time. My favorite people to hear from when it comes to universal changes and trends are Belinda Doveston of I Ching Cafe and Natalie Walstein of Soulshine Astrology for their takes on what we might expect from any given moment in time.

Prophetic or poppycock? Who really knows.

But lately, all signs have been pointing to the same message: have patience. Have patience with the arrival of Spring. Have patience with projects. Have patience with anything you’ve been expecting. And most importantly, while you wait, keep watering the seeds that have been sown. Because eventually they will grow. And when they do, the time you’ve spent preparing will really pay off.

What you’ve got coming to you, say the cosmos, is on the way - but you’ll have to wait.

Speaking of waiting: I’m going to start sending B-mail messages every other week for the time being. This will give me a little more time to focus on client work and projects. I have a lot of irons in the fire right now and I suspect that once this waiting game is over, I'll be busier than ever. Plus, it’s about to be gardening season (literally) soon and I want to be up to my elbows in dirt on a regular basis.

So, I’ll be back in your inbox on May 9th. In the meantime, I’d love to hear from you about your most pressing challenges and needs. And, I want to know how you stay patient while waiting for the thing you’ve been working on to come to fruition. #askingforafriend

You can unsubscribe all you want, we're still going to love you.
