Beyond Diversity: Navigating Inclusion in Modern Workplaces,

this year we would like to focus on the interplay between diversity & inclusion and modern forms of work.

Prepare to exchange current scientific findings and practical experiences to understand how 'inclusion' can be shaped in today's working world. Benefit from the insights that you can integrate into your work.

The week starts with a refreshing conference on-site in St. Gallen, offering a bouquet of practical workshops, inspiring input sessions, and many opportunities for networking. Throughout the week, from Tuesday to Friday, various online sessions will follow our guiding theme. As a particular highlight, the Gender Intelligence Report 2023 will be presented in a hybrid format on Thursday afternoon.

On Monday, 11 September, on-site in St. Gallen, you will have the opportunity to attend presentations and workshops on topics such as the legal framework of New Work and inclusive leadership.

In addition, you will have the opportunity to exchange views on allyship in the new world of work and learn more about best practices in job and top sharing. You will also have the opportunity to network over lunch and drinks.

The online sessions, which take place from Tuesday to Friday, cover different aspects of our main topic. They cover issues such as the impact of part-time work on pensions and the responsibility of companies in the context of remote working.

The online sessions are free of charge and are simultaneously translated into German and English, so you can participate in the language of your choice.

Skills Shortage in Switzerland – Untapped Potentials, Paradoxes and Solutions. 

This year’s report analyzes three paradoxes and misalignments that are at the heart of the slow progress in women’s career advancement and closely link to how we work in Switzerland. Resolving these by re-aligning how we live with how we work will likely mitigate skills shortages as well as increase gender diversity in business.

At the presentation of the Gender Intelligence Report 2023 you will learn:
