About 11 years ago, the "Seven-Minute Workout" was all the rage. It had many benefits: doesn't need equipment, targets entire body, and hello, seven minutes! Great for us busy moms who can't do 30 minutes or longer in a row.
Even though the hype has died down, the science still stands! Short amounts of consistent exercise has real health benefits, especially if you do more than one spread out over the day. Maybe seven minutes still sounds too long, what about three pushups every time you go to the bathroom?
