Estonia, Finland and Sweden top the list for the most inclusive parental leave schemes in the EU. Nearly 100% of women and men are eligible regardless of their work situation or their relationship status. Find out where your country stands on parental leave in our latest report here.

The scores are now in for Albania and Montenegro, who have just released their own Gender Equality Indices. Albania scored 60.4 points out of 100, while Montenegro scored 55 points. The 2019 EU average is 67.4. The Index will help the countries to monitor gender equality progress, identify challenges and plan future measures. Read more here.
