Vyjádření Rady rozhodčích k opakovaným dotazům

· Soutěžící ve věku 7 let mohou startovat ve věkové kategorii cadet
· cadet zařazené do skupiny junior mohou v mini formacích startovat ve své věkové kategorii, tedy ve věkové kategorii cadet
· u formací sólo, duo-trio a mini musí věk všech soutěžících odpovídat věkové kategorii, pokud tomu tak není, je formace zařazena do věkové kategorie podle nejstarší soutěžící (např. 6 junior a 1 senior, startují v senior)
· u velkých skupin (8-25 členů) má věk všech mažoretek odpovídat věkové kategorii, jestliže to není možné, je povoleno 20 % starších mažoretek v jedné skupině. Jestliže je limit starších překročen, skupina startuje v kategorii podle nejstarších nebo skupina změní počet starších mažoretek
· akrobatické prvky jsou zakázány pouze v disciplíně Classic baton, v ostatních disciplínách jsou povoleny
· u náčiní baton, flag, mace však záleží na vhodnosti zařazení konkrétního prvku, měl by být použit současně se zapojením náčiní
· v defilé baton nejsou akrobatické prvky doporučeny
· užití akrobatických prvků je vhodnější s náčiním pom-pom nebo acrobatic baton
· zakázány jsou vícestupňové pyramidy

Časté srážky za technické chyby
· nesplnění povinných prvků
· absence obuvi
· nedodržená výše podpatků s náčiním baton
· kostým není ukončen čepičkou (lodičkou) nebo její imitací
· stop figura kratší než 4 s
· odložené náčiní

Statement of the Board of Judges on repeated questions

• competitors aged 7 can start in the cadet age category
• cadets included in the junior group can start in mini formations in their age category, i.e. in the cadet age category
• in solo, duo-trio and mini formations, the age of all competitors must correspond to the age category, if this is not the case, the formation is included in the age category according to the oldest competitor (e.g. 6 juniors and 1 senior, starting in senior)
• in large groups (8-25 members), the age of all majorettes must correspond to the age category, if this is not possible, 20 % of older majorettes in one group are allowed. If the limit of seniors is exceeded, the group starts in the category according to the oldest or the group changes the number of senior majorettes
• acrobatic elements are prohibited only in the Classic baton discipline, in other disciplines they are allowed
• for the baton, flag, mace apparatus, however, it depends on the suitability of the inclusion of a specific element, it should be used simultaneously with the use of the apparatus
• acrobatic elements are not recommended in the baton parade
• the use of acrobatic elements is more appropriate with the pom-pom or acrobatic baton apparatus
• multi-stage pyramids are prohibited

Frequent deductions for technical errors
• failure to perform mandatory elements
• absence of shoes
• failure to comply with the height of the heels with the baton apparatus
• the costume is not finished with a cap (boat) or its imitation
• stop figure shorter than 4 seconds
• postponed apparatus

Složení poroty

· porota je mezinárodní
· porota může být doplněna stínovým rozhodčím

Po dobu soutěže může být v porotě nasazen jeden stínový rozhodčí, členské země jej mohou nominovat, zašlou jméno, příjmení, datum narození na e-mail: judge.commissioner@ifms-majorettes.com

Stínoví rozhodčí se mohou střídat, vždy po ucelené disciplíně.

Předpoklady:
- věk 25 let a více
- zkušenosti s vedením/prováděním mažoretkového sportu
- občanská a mravní bezúhonnost
- znalost pravidel IFMS
- znalost anglického jazyka výhodou
- praxe minimálně 5 let

Composition of the jury

• the jury is international
• the jury may be supplemented by a shadow judge

During the competition, one shadow judge may be assigned to the jury, member countries may nominate him, send name, surname, date of birth to e-mail: judge.commissioner@ifms-majorettes.com

Shadow judges can rotate, always after a complete discipline.

Requirements:
- age 25 years and over
- experience in leading/conducting majorette sport
- civic and moral integrity
- knowledge of IFMS rules
- knowledge of English is an advantage
- experience of at least 5 years

30. 07. 2025 ukončení přihlášek
· po ukončení přihlášek budou sestaveny startovní listiny ke kontrole správnosti přihlášených formací a jmen
· startovní listiny najdete přímo v aplikaci Qscore dle svého přihlašovacího jména, nebo na www.majoretsport.com, sport events, nebo na www.ifms-majorettes.com, calendar
· dle startovních listin budou vydány faktury (předpisy) k úhradě startovného
· aktualizujte si správnou fakturační adresu v aplikace QScore:

Registrace klubů pro volný vstup závodnic a doprovodu
· stanoviště registrace je umístěno ve vestibulu sportovní haly, je řádně označeno
· zástupce klubu se do registrace musí dostavit nejméně jednu hodinu před prvním startem závodnic

V registraci zástupce klubů obdrží připravené balíčky.

Po medailovém ceremoniálu si v registraci vyzvednou zástupci klubů diplomy za 7. a další místo.

Pitný režim závodnic
Ve sportovní hale je dostupná pitná voda z vodovodního řádu bez jakéhokoliv omezení, všichni soutěžící tak mohou dodržovat pitný režim. Pitná voda z vodovodního řadu je zavedená možnost dodržování pitného režimu i v jiných sportech, které se v atletické hale konají, mažoretky nejsou výjimkou. V současné době je omezování užívání plastů jednou ze strategií EU, tudíž je nevhodné používat zásobníky s pitnou vodou s jednorázovými plastovými kelímky.

Adding a discipline to the grand senior age category
• to support the motivation of the grand senior age category, the show discipline is added to the baton and pom pom equipment
• the show discipline will not be separate for now, but merged with the pom-pom and baton discipline

30. 07. 2025 closing of applications
• after closing of applications, start lists will be compiled to check the correctness of the registered formations and names
• start lists can be found directly in the Qscore application according to your login name, or at www.majoretsport.com, sport events, or at www.ifms-majorettes.com, calendar
• invoices (regulations) for payment of the entry fee will be issued according to the start lists
• update the correct billing address in the QScore application:

-> Your club, Edit, click
-> Invoice details, click
-> Invoice address, update
-> Save

Club registration for free entry of competitors and their entourage
• the registration point is located in the vestibule of the sports hall, it is properly marked
• the club representative must arrive at the registration at least one hour before the first start of the competitors

At the registration, club representatives will receive prepared packages.

After the medal ceremony, club representatives will collect diplomas for 7th and subsequent places at the registration

Drinking regimen of competitors
Drinking water from the water supply is available in the sports hall without any restrictions, so all competitors can adhere to the drinking regimen. Drinking water from the water supply is an established option for adhering to the drinking regimen in other sports that take place in the athletics hall, majorettes are no exception. Currently, reducing the use of plastics is one of the EU strategies, so it is inappropriate to use drinking water dispensers with disposable plastic cups.

• solo choreography demonstrations in the form of an improvised competition with jury evaluation according to IFMS rules, including decoration of formations with the highest number of points
• senior age category
• equipment baton and pom pom
• emphasis on movement in space, harmony with the music, jury engagement

Dopravní omezení - traffic restrictions

Majorette Instructor III. Class, License C

Completing the training is a basic prerequisite for successful work as a majorette team coach. The Federation is supportive in this regard and, in cooperation with the Faculty of Physical Culture of the University of Olomouc, allows you to obtain comprehensive information in both theoretical and practical areas. After completing the training, the applicant is equipped not only for the work of a coach, but also for solving, for example, cooperation with the parents of majorettes, solving relationship and social problems between majorettes, etc.

The training is taught in Czech, it is understandable for applicants from Slovakia, others can participate with an interpreter. Teaching in English is possible, but it is financially demanding.

The conditions for inclusion in the program are the same for all applicants who:
• lead, plan and evaluate the preparation of majorettes in the club
• have reached the age of 17
• have completed assistant practice, at least 3 years (confirmed by the club)
• complete the training provided by the Federation
