Blood Drive June 30

We are hosting a Blood Drive on Sunday, June 30 at our church between the hours of 8:00 am and noon.  We will also be having our monthly fellowship meal that day outside in hopes of attracting more people from the neighborhood.  Click here to sign up for a slot and it is absolutely ok to sign up for a slot during worship.  And walk-ins are welcome as well.  Please check our Facebook for an event you can share through social media with your friends and family. Please go ahead and signup for a slot as we need to show strong participation for the event to move forward!

June 30 Fellowship Meal

Our monthly fellowship meal will be on Sunday, June 30 at the end of this month.  This is the same day we are doing our Blood Drive so the Council has decided that the church will provide the food as we gather outside for a picnic style cookout.  Please plan to be with us and bring a dessert to share.  Most important, invite friends and family to come give blood and to join us for the food, fun and fellowship!

New to the Neighborhood Outreach Plan

We have received a grant from Thrivent to reach out to people who have moved into our community in the last few months.  We have already mailed an initial letter from the pastor inviting them to our church and we will begin soon having lay people hand write follow-up notes to those same people.  Keep an eye out for more information in worship and plan to participate with us as we invite our new neighbors to church!

Children's Choir

Rehearsals are at 1:30 p.m. on each Sunday afternoon except the Sundays when they lead in worship.  If you have interested children or know of any in the neighborhood, please encourage them to come and join in the fun!  Please contact Lauren for the official rehearsal schedule each month as the calendar is subject to change.
