Mical Raz published a new op-ed, "Anti-trans laws weaponize child protection systems that have long harmed kids" in The Washington Post. She was also quoted in "We're expecting the wrong things from the CDC" in Slate. 

Claire Becker won the "Best Poster" award in the humanities division at the University of Rochester AS&E Graduate Research Symposium. 

Marianne Kupin-Lisbin has been selected as one of the University of Rochester's recipients for the Rochester Area Colleges Continuing Education Committee's Outstanding Adult Student Award for 2022. Each year, this group honors three outstanding adults from each participating school, recognizing success in college study while juggling other adult responsibilities such as family, job, career, and community service.

Alyssa Rodriguez was awarded a University of Rochester Dean's Dissertation Fellowship for the 2022-23 academic year.

Rachel Eskridge (BA '15) has received a promotion to Associate Registrar at the Eric Carle Museum of Picture Book Art in Amherst, Massachusetts. Rachel joined the curatorial staff at the Carle upon completing her Master of Arts in history and museum studies at the University of Delaware.

Lou Roper (PhD '92) published an article, "Reorienting the 'origins debate': Anglo-American trafficking in enslaved people, c. 1615-1660" in Atlantic Studies.
